Wind chime from recycled bike parts

Made from a couple of rear gear sets, shifting cable and a disc brake rotor. All used parts. The cable end loops are made with tin coated copper sleeves used for crimp ends in electrical wiring. A very thin wire (tin coated copper 0.4 mm) is used to attach the gear to the shift cable. The thinner this connection is the better the chime sounds. Large diameter wire will deaden the sound. Nylon fishing line will not hold up long term outdoors due to the UV light attaching the plastic.
